The Bank of Asti confirms its attention to supporting local initiatives and promoting environmental sustainability. A new chapter in this mission has opened with the installation of a work that blends creativity and technologycreated by the School of Comics and Animation of Asti, under the aegis of the ATF Cultural Association and with the patronage of the City of Asti.

A panel that cleans the air

Located next to Banca di Asti branch 9 in Corso Casale, right in front of the Il Borgo Shopping Center, a colorful panel now stands out and captures the attention of passers-by. This work – created by the talented students of the School of Comics Silvia Griffa, Susanna Lovisolo And Matteo Nuzzowith the coordination and supervision of Enzo Armando And Marco Avoletta – is not only a pleasure for the eyes, but also a bulwark against pollution: thanks to the innovative Airlite technology, the paint used on the panel is activated by sunlight and acts as a natural purifiereliminating polluting agents such as nitrogen oxides, benzene and formaldehyde, thus contributing to reduce air pollution.

The young talents of the Comics School brought the panel to life with a drawing representing the Captain of the Palio of Asti, heroically riding his horse while defeating the toxic clouds. This symbolic image not only beautifies the city but also conveys a powerful message aboutimportance of protecting the environment.

Giorgio Galvagnopresident of Banca di Asti, expressed his appreciation for the project, underlining how innovation is fundamental to collective well-being. “Our commitment to sustainable progress is manifested through innovative solutions such as the air purifying sheet, which demonstrates how technology can be a precious ally for the environment,” he has declared.

The installation becomes like this a symbol of the shared commitment between the banking sector, educational institutions and local governments to build a greener and more creative future. The Bank of Asti, with this and other initiatives, continues to be an example of how companies can play an active role in promoting a culture of sustainability.
