Serie B, the fourth edition of the BeSports championship begins

New edition for the championship B series of eSports, the League has released all the details with the following press release: “In collaboration with King Esport, Lega Serie B announces the fourth edition of the BeSports championship, the official eSports competition of Serie B. This new partnership marks an important step forward in the integration between the world of professional football and that of eSports, offering enthusiasts an unprecedented gaming experience.
This tournament, played on the PlayStation 5 console on the EA FC24 title, aims to involve the clubs of the BKT Series in an exciting and exciting challenge. This new and incredible season will be made possible thanks to the support of GEARUP Booster and CampusX, official sponsors of the competition.

There will be 14 teams on the field, for a championship consisting of two phases. The Regular season will take place online, with the clubs divided into two groups, which will compete in a single round robin with best-of-two matches. At the end of the Regular Season, the best 8 teams will advance to the Play-offs which will be played entirely in person at the CX Campus Milan Bicocca on Sunday 26 May and Monday 27 May. The two best clubs will compete for the title of Champion in an epic best-of-three match.

At the starting line there is also the Cosenza. The rossoblui were included in Group A, scheduled for 7 and 12 May, together with Ascoli, Catanzaro, Cremonese, Modena, Palermo and Venice.
