Similarly, in Torre del Greco, a 60-year-old, despite the ban on approach imposed by the Court of Torre Annunziata, first contacted his ex-wife and then threatened her with death.
In this case the victim did not allow herself to be intimidated: she left the house to reach the Carabinieri and tell everything.
His decision was right and wise because the sixty-year-old reached the woman’s home on his scooter. Armed with a kitchen knife, he attempted to flush her out.
The Torre del Greco military found him there and arrested him, before he could make any reckless gestures.
He will have to answer for violating the approach ban and is now in security room, awaiting trial.
