A long list of appointments held by the mayor and councilors in this last period, and communicated through the institutional web pages of the Municipality, are finished in the sights of Corecom, the Regional Committee for Communications, for the hypothesis of «violation of the art. 9 of law no. 28/2000″: from 10 April until the polls, the article states, “all public administrations are prohibited from carrying out communication activities with the exception of those carried out in an impersonal form and indispensable for the effective performance of its functions”. A law designed to not give outgoing directors who are running for office advantages in terms of communication and propaganda compared to the opponents, also recalled by a recent meeting in Prefectureand whose violation was hypothesized inexposed to Corecom sent by Anna Ferraresi (Anselmo list) and exponents PD. He rejoices Fabio Anselmo“our thesis has been accepted”, now it will be the Authority for Communications Guarantees, to which the Corecom resolution was sent, to decide how to proceed: cancellation of posts involving institutional subjects and the end-of-mandate budget and sanctions are the possible measures.
