After the great success of Caserta, a stage that marked the debut of the 2024 edition of Baritalianow it’s the turn of Bari! The traveling mixing laboratory, for its second appointment, remains in the South and arrives in the Apulian city for another full day not only of cocktail-themed challenges, but also of great masterclasses.
The appointment for counter professionals is for Monday 20 Maystarting from 9.00 am. The Bari stage will take place at Skyline Rooftop of The Nicolaus Hotel (Via Cardinale Agostino Ciasca, 27), spectacular terrace with panoramic views of the city, which will be hosted inside the structure a Hagakure Noh Samba pop-up.
It will be a stage full of mixology-themed events, because our objective remains the same as always: to promote the culture of cocktails and mixing throughout the national territory. Because from North to South, from West to East, Baritalia confirms itself as an event capable of uniting and bringing together mixing professionals from all over Italy eager to get involved, to exchange experiences, to create bonds and collaborations, to update themselves professionally.
Baritalia Lab, the Masterclasses, the Signature Bar
There are several good reasons not to miss the appointment. Starting with Baritalia Laba mixing laboratory where bartenders from all over the peninsula will discuss the theme “Back to Basics”, a hymn to essentiality that aims to propose a return to the authentic roots of the profession. In this edition, we focus on three fundamental pillars: the rediscovery of essential drinksthe enhancement of ingredients and the sense of hospitality from the bartenders. Another 17 places are up for grabs for the Cormayeur final which will host the final show of Baritalia 2024.
The program is unmissable Masterclasses, as many as 13another traditional highlight of the event, dedicated to mixing techniqueswhere they will take the chair nationally and internationally renowned experts. Classes will be open and free for all professionals who have registered for the event.
Furthermore, in Signature Bar you can taste – all day – the super cocktails of the event’s partner companies.
Special guests of the day, such as honorable judges, they will be i protagonists of some of the best cocktail bars in Bari and throughout Puglia.
