 geom. Francesco Dicorato – Secretary;
 rag. Paolo Carbonara – Treasurer;

The Circolo Unione di Barletta is an association that, for over 150 years, has promoted socio-cultural activities not only for the benefit of its members, but also for the entire citizenry, having been founded in 1860 with the aim of consolidating and increasing the spirit of aggregation around cultural initiatives, debates on social issues of common interest and training moments centered on comparisons and reflections guided by experts in the historical, artistic, cultural, religious and voluntary sector, without neglecting purely recreational activities.

Today, despite the dictates of the binding legal norm on the tasks and duties of the association, the supporting pillar is still the free spirit of the founders who wanted from the beginning to favor external initiatives open to all citizens. Meetings of public importance, in the sober elegance and prestige of the place such as the headquarters in the central gardens of the “Giuseppe De Nittis” villa, effectively favor the creation of events, also organized in collaboration with other institutions, which have a positive effect on community and citizenship in order to form a rich heritage of experiences from which to draw to rejuvenate associative life and create the conditions to create a true community of people animated by a unified spirit. they contribute to forming a rich heritage of experiences from which to draw to reinvigorate associative life and create the conditions to create a true community of people animated by a unified spirit.
