Local authorities: Alex Micheletto confirmed as president of Celva.

The Consortium of local authorities of the Aosta Valley confirmed Alex Michelettomayor of Hône, president and the entire board of directors.

This was decided today by the representatives of the local authorities who met in the assembly today.

After the opinion of the Anac

It was Micheletto himself who put his mandate back on the table three weeks ago, after the Anac, the national anti-corruption authority, had expressed the opinion requested in recent months in relation to the applicability of decree 39/2013 which provides for the incompatibility between the office of president of Cpel and Celva and that of mayor of a municipality belonging to Unités des Communes with a population exceeding 15 thousand inhabitants.

That is to say, 35 mayors of the Unité Grand-Paradis, Mont-Cervin and Monte Emilius would have been excluded from the possibility of becoming presidents of Cpel and Celva.

Yes to all the Aosta Valley municipalities, except Aosta

The Anac instead recognized the specificity of our region, therefore including all the mayors of the Valle d’Aosta municipalities, excluding Aosta.

This morning’s meeting opened with the intervention of the regional councilor for economic development Louis Bertschy which illustrated the bill that regulates the organization of employment services and the professional training system.

Not only that, the councilor also presented the proposed resolution of the three-year plan of labor policy interventions 2024/2026.

Both proposals were approved and will then be examined by the Regional Council.

Vouchers for after-school and boarding schools

The assembly of local authorities expressed a favorable opinion on the Executive’s proposal to provide vouchers for attendance, during the school year, of colleges, boarding schools and after-school services.
