Matteo Nisi, managing director of Merkle Italia

Merkle Italia, Dentsu’s customer experience management (cxm) agency led by Matteo Nisi, will once again be present this year on 8 and 9 May at the 19th edition of the Netcomm Forum, at the MiCo in Milan, both as an exhibitor, and as protagonist of two workshops.

In this year’s edition, Merkle intends to enhance its soul as a company specialized in consultancy in all martech areas, thanks to the synergies and interoperability with all the other souls of Dentsu: creativity, media and of course CXM.

The first workshop is entitled “Structuring a multidisciplinary approach for managing an omnichannel customer experience. The Groupe SEB and Merkle use case” and is scheduled for May 8th at 3.20pm in the Blue Room 2. The second workshop entitled: “The harsh law of AI: Merkle Italia and DGRS describe the first approaches to the new framework regulation of artificial intelligence, facing challenges and discovering opportunities” is scheduled for May 9th at 11.30 in Sala Verde 1.

«We return to the Netcomm Forum one year later and with very significant experiences that we have lived with our customers and that we want to present – comments Nisi – On the one hand, with our soul of innovation that has studied the frontier of AI and therefore – thank you to the group’s functions – the possibilities of grounding such a project with all the legal protections that the new technology is stimulating. On the other, with the flexibility of a work group capable of interacting with many interlocutors and realizing the marketing dream of creating a truly multi-channel customer experience.”
