Castel Colonna is preparing to welcome an extraordinary event that combines tradition and innovation: “Knowledge and Flavors at the Village”. Organized by Pro Loco Castel Colonna with the patronage of the Municipality of Trecastelli, the event will take place Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May.
The streets of the charming village will come alive with spring colours, scents and flavours, offering visitors a unique experience for all the senses.
Major scheduled events include:
Exhibitor markets and creative workshops: visitors will have the opportunity to explore stalls full of local products, crafts and works of art, while the little ones can take part in creative workshops and fun educational activities.
Sunday lunch: a unique opportunity to taste local delicacies in a welcoming and convivial environment. The lunch it can be consumed indoors and bookable by May 8th to guarantee an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
Live music: two evenings of live music will cheer up those present with engaging shows. The band will perform on Saturday 11 May Rockingowhile Sunday 12 May will be the turn of Shampistipromising festive and fun atmospheres for all tastes.
Refreshment points and local specialties: participants will be able to delight their palate with gastronomic delicacies, including the famous porchetta from Castel Colonna and a selection of the best local products, offered at the two refreshment points.
Show artists and folk performances: an art exhibition will showcase the works of local artists, enriching the cultural atmosphere of the event. Furthermore, there will be no shortage of folklore shows with jumping jacks, starlingers and puppetsoffering entertainment for all ages.
