In the new championship with Massese, Real Forte has already arrived, relegated from D, Viareggio, San Miniato Basso and Affrico have risen from the Promozione. Furthermore, there is the loose cannon Pistoiese who, if recovered, could start again from the Eccellenza team, given his past also in Serie A. But the conditional is a must because there are too many unknowns.
Starting with those of Massese. What will Gerini decide now? Will he feel like continuing to make a lot of money on his own? It wouldn’t be right nor would it be possible, alone, to bring the company back to the categories it belongs to. Even if given the last ten championships we must stop saying that they compete with them. And here the city comes into play, its political and economic structure.
