After a more difficult match than expected, Taranto managed to get through the round against a tough and well placed Latina who gave everything to try to win. Especially in the second half, Fontana’s team put Taranto in difficulty with Vannucchi the real protagonist of the match and the author of at least three decisive saves. During the first half, Latina was on top of the ball, knowing full well that barricading is of no use. The Pontine team’s maneuver was easier and, especially with D’Orazio on the left wing, created difficulties for the defensive readings of Luciani and Riggio.
