Between Catanzaro and Reggio Calabria the week of French culture

Organized by the Alliance Française from tomorrow to May 15th

Celebrating the charm and strength of the French language: this is the objective of the Semaine de la Culture Française, the initiative promoted by the Alliance Française of Catanzaro and Reggio Calabria, chaired respectively by Fernanda Tassoni and Iris Germanò, together with the Consul Honoraire in Catanzaro, Alessandro Ferrari.

There are countless events scheduled that will involve the area and, in particular, students.
It will begin on Wednesday 8 May with the arrival in the capital of the writers Kebir Ammi and Marie Christine Vandoorne who, in the morning, at 10.30 am, will be at the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro and, in the afternoon, at 4.30 pm, at the ITE “Grimaldi -Pacioli”, at the Grimaldi complex in via Turco, for a meeting that will be introduced by professor Alberto Scerbo.

On 9 and 10 May the writers will be at 4.30 pm at the “T.Campanella” National Boarding School in Reggio Calabria. On May 13th, at 10.30 am, Marie Christine Vandoorne will meet the students of the IIS “De Nobili” of Catanzaro. The Semaine de la Culture Française will culminate on May 15th at the Teatro Comunale Catanzaro.

In fact, at 10.30 am, the music, dance and theater show “Libertè, Egalitè, Fraternitè” will be held, organized by the students of the “T. Campanella” of Lamezia Terme.

In the audience there will be students from Catanzaro schools for a special moment of sharing in which the protagonists will be the young people.
