It is Duilio Gaglione who opens a historic day for the agency in via Avegno in Varese. All the top management of Generali have arrived in the city starting fromCEO Giancarlo Fancel. To welcome them, together with thethe mayor Davide Galimberti and the president of the Lombardy Region Attilio Fontanaall the collaborators to celebrate the milestone of 160 years and with the occasion to inaugurate the new premises renovated and enlarged thanks to the commitment of the architecture studio of Dario Crugnola.
“For a global company like ours, the relationship with the territories is fundamental. We have agencies and people at the center of our strategy. At Generali we provide all the support possible. Today we have many delicate issues and we know how to address them with products tailored to meet their needs
The Generali management gave the three Varese agents a plate made by Murano artisans with the insurance symbol in the center and with this also a parchment recognizing the historic achievement, but above all the quality of the work carried out.
“Partner for life is not just a slogan, it is our mission. – he claims Danilo Discacciati, one of the three partners of the agency – We listen to people and propose solutions, ranging from simple car insurance to much more complex solutions. And clearly also the management of claims. In 2023, in just one day we received more than 400 reports of damage from catastrophic weather events and in about two months we settled more than 90% of these damages, allowing businesses to restart and people to resolve the problems they had. Thanks to our team we have brought the Varese agency to be an excellence within the Generali system in Italy”.
A recognition that finds space within the agency with a sequence of plaques that cover an entire wall of the new offices. “Me, Danilo and Duilio – he said Daniele Di Fiore – we have been together since 2014 and in the continuity of the development and growth of the territory we have built a team of 35 collaborators and we operate, in addition to the Varese office, also in the Malnate, Azzate, Olgiate Comasco and Ispra offices. In these ten years together our services have grown and we have accompanied our over 10,500 customers in their daily lives.”
Some of these, with all the collaborators, then enjoyed a convivial moment in the Estense hall for an evening of sharing.
