Master increases job and career opportunities

Rome, 7 May. (askanews) – Presenting yourself to the world of work with a solid base of managerial and entrepreneurial skills can really make the difference. This is demonstrated by the data from Rome Business School’s Employment Report 2024, which gives an account of the impact that Masters and MBAs have had on the careers of over two thousand students from around 160 countries, with an average age of 33, who attended them last year. Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Innovation, Project Management, Art, Media, Fashion, Sustainability and Energy are just some of the areas of specialization offered by RBS to its students.

“We have found from the data of the Employment Report 2024 – Antonio Ragusa, Dean of Rome Business School, tells askanews – that Rome Business School is once again able to generate a strong impact on the professional growth of students. Just some data: already before by the end of the program, 70% of students have found a job opportunity, 76% have also had significant salary developments which on average stand at +27% compared to the entry salary level. In the composition of our programs – he continues – the female percentage now stands at around 60% and a particularly interesting data from the 2024 Employment Report is also linked to the entrepreneurial ability of our students, the RBS4Entrepreneurship programme, an internal business incubator, we have seen that 64% of students accessing this program are women and have created their own startups that are succeeding in the market.”

In the classrooms of Rome Business School, young people with different backgrounds and experiences, acquired in geographical areas that are very distant from each other, meet. The photograph taken by the 2024 Report shows a prevalence of Italians (36%), followed by Europeans (30%), Americans (12%) and an equal percentage of Asians and Africans (11%). 83% of students today work in companies that operate globally and 72% in multinationals.

“These results are the result of a Career Center which over the years has established itself as a center of excellence within the school and within the perimeter of Italian higher education. The fundamental piece of this service – concludes Antonio Ragusa – is the strong connection with companies. RBS has more than a thousand partner companies and is able to provide students with thousands of job and internship offers during 2023.

A network of 1,047 companies supports Rome Business School in activities designed to facilitate students’ entry into the world of work.
