In Campania there has been a proliferation of activities related to oil and for this reason the Regional Council has decided to approve a law that regulates its growth also from an experiential tourism perspective. The law was illustrated in the chamber by councilor Tommaso Pellegrino.

The aim is to enhance oil tourism and promote knowledge of the olive growing culture of the Campania region; in fact, oil tourism presents itself as a cultural and economic phenomenon capable of offering numerous opportunities and based on the olive tree, as a characterizing element of the rural landscape of Campania, and on the extra virgin olive oil produced, one of the many excellences of the territory and one of the cornerstones of the Mediterranean Diet . The proposed law defines, among other things, the training and information activities aimed at the olive production of the area and the knowledge of the oil, the guided visits to the olive groves belonging to the company, to the oil mills.

Radio has always been my passion, starting the experience when I was very young with a program on a small radio station in my town. It became my job when I arrived at Radio Alfa in 1991. A professional journalist since 2010, I host information and in-depth programmes. In my free time I love discovering new places, especially small villages to photograph. I love theatrical comedies and documentaries about nature and science.
