Rock inaugurates a new restaurant, which has opened its doors in the Upper Town of Bergamo, in via Bartolomeo Colleoni, on the corner of via Salvecchio, a few steps from the university headquarters of Bergamo and on the Corsarola, the main road that leads from Colle Aperto towards Piazza Vecchia. The Mayor was also present at the ribbon cutting Giorgio Goriwho complimented the brothers Alex And Manuel Lucon.
Spacca is a format, with a network that also includes franchise locations in Milan and Piedmont, characterized by the originality of the product: pizza dough closed in a wallet and enriched with quality ingredients for all tastes.
Spacca is the name chosen for this delicacy, invented by Alex and Manuel Lucon, two brothers from Bergamo, who started working on their project in 2019, before the pandemic, and in November 2020 they opened the first store in the Orobic capital.
“We certainly represent an example of resilience and even in the worst moments, we never gave up – comment the founders of Spacca, Alex and Manuel Lucon -. Our first store opened in November 2020 and the red zone was established shortly thereafter due to the pandemic. We held firm and with great strength we managed to overcome a very difficult moment, operating only through takeaway and delivery services”.
One Spacca leads to another between savory and sweet versions that fill the whole day, from lunch to dinner, but also for a simple snack. Spacca can be consumed inside the stores but also to take away or via delivery.
