There Como State Policeyesterday afternoon, arrested a 33-year-old from Mali for resisting a public official and causing injuries, with Police records for crimes against persons and property, in good standing with the residence permit and resident in the city. Around midday from the Carrefour Market in via F.lli Recchi via 112 NUE, the intervention of the agents was requested, reporting the presence of a thirty-three year old who had been annoying customers since early morning.
Having intervened on the spot, the police officers had a lot to do to quell the anger of the man, who was drunk, outrageous and violent. During the phases of identifying him, the man repeatedly lashed out at the officers with insults, threats and kicks, causing injuries that healed in a few days to one of them until, with quite a bit of effort, they contained him and accompanied him to the police station.
Having collected all the evidence against him, the 33-year-old was arrested for resisting a public official and causing injuries, and was also investigated for being drunk, for refusing to provide his personal details and lastly for not having had with him the document certifying the regular stay in the area. He is being examined by the Anti-Crime Division for subjecting him to an entry ban on urban areas. The Public Prosecutor ordered him to be tried this morning at 11am with the direct rite.
