Car crashes into the embankment – Ravenna Web Tv

Car crashes into the embankment in Rivalta, along the Modiglianese road. Great fear for a man born in 1957, transported to Bufalini in Cesena, with a code of maximum severity, but not in danger of his life. The motorist was traveling in the direction of Modigliana at the wheel of a Dacia Duster, when, on the Rivalta straight, around 4.45pm, just before the church, he ended up off the road, to the left of the carriageway, after having invaded the other lane of gear. Fortunately, no one was passing in the direction of Faenza at that moment. The very absence of witnesses makes it difficult to explain what happened. It is not excluded that the man was struck by an illness and lost control of the car. The Dacia then fell for several metres, stopping among the vegetation on the side of the football field in the parish of Rivalta. Emergency services were then called. 118 arrived at the parish church with an ambulance and a medical car, together with a squad car from the Local Police of the Union of Romagna Faentina. After initial treatment on site, the man was transported to hospital, while the police will have the task of reconstructing what happened.
