The boys from the National Boarding School of Assisi who participated in the second edition of the Catanzaro Boarding Schools returned late in the evening of Sunday 5 May. In Piazzale Tarpani of Santa Maria degli Angeli, students and educators were welcomed in triumph for the excellent results achieved in Calabria.
There were approximately 2200 students and educators who, from all over Italy, participated in the event organized by the National Boarding School “P. Galluppi”, directed by professor Stefania Cinzia Scozzafava. Many sports are the protagonists, basketball, football, swimming, tennis, athletics, volleyball, chess.
Together with the many students from the first and second classes of the lower secondary school of the Convitto Nazionale of Assisi, there was also Nicolò Pozzi who, during the event in Calabria, won the Italian table tennis title.
Accompanying the students of the National Boarding School of Assisi were the Rector Stefano Cammerieri and the educators Silvia Caccinelli, Francesco Calisti, Luca Manni, Fabio Cintia and Cristian Lavini. Their satisfaction was great after having prepared students to give their best in sports and after the brilliant results achieved in this experience.
