Tomorrow evening at the Iacovone stadium, Latina Calcio will be on stage to play the first round of the promotion playoffs, against Taranto in an inside-out match (kick-off at 8.30pm). This afternoon coach Fontana held the traditional press conference to present the match. “We faced them about ten days ago – he said in the Francioni press room in the Nerazzurri coach – We are talking about a team that would have finished second on the pitch and not fifth, so the values are very respectable. But I don’t think they have us put down, in fact, if I look at the second half of the last championship I see that Latina would have at least deserved a draw.
Iacovone’s draw on the night won’t be enough. As for the men available, there is no good news with Rocchi and Cortinovis who have not recovered from their respective injuries.
