Aversa (Caserta) – Mauro Baldascino accepts the centre-left’s candidacy for mayor.
“After receiving the candidacy proposal from the progressive table – says Professor Baldascino – I had the pleasure of meeting the leaders, candidates and supporters of the political forces who asked me to lead the coalition. They were fruitful and stimulating meetings, in which we had the opportunity to compare notes and share a common vision of the future of Aversa”.
“I have found with satisfaction – he continues – that there is a broad consensus regarding the perimeter of values, the lines of the coalition program and what my figure can represent. This honors me and allows me to look at the electoral challenge that awaits us with confidence and determination.”
Baldascino declares himself “happy to lead the construction of a progressive political project, which opens up to the most responsible civil society and the healthy energies of our city. We want to actively involve citizens in the decision-making process and work to enhance the sensitivity, skills and professionalism of the many who want to dedicate themselves for the common good of Aversa”.
“I am convinced – he concludes – that, by working together and with determination, we will achieve great things for our community, which is why I have dissolved my reservation and accept the candidacy for Mayor of the progressive coalition”.
