Luca Tentoni is looking for staff in his restaurant but hasn’t found anyone yet, for this reason he has decided to appeal by making an appeal on social media: «Do you have a relative or a friend who isn’t very social? Let us know and have them send you your CV. If you are hired, we will be happy to thank you for your help, giving you a 300 euro voucher to spend at Saint-Vout or Blooker Store.”
Luca Tentoni, owner of the bistro, talked about the ways in which he had tried to find staff for his restaurant but above all how, despite a good salary offered, no one was interested: «I honestly no longer know which way to try to find employees. We have placed adverts, made numerous investments on specialized sites and social media but at the moment, despite also having targeted sponsorships, we have only received one response. I know well that the situation is like this almost everywhere, as can be seen from the dialogue with colleagues, but now only someone comes to ask for the weekend. We offer full-time and permanent commercial contracts, but this doesn’t seem to be of interest.”
