unforgettable day for the students of ICS Quasimodo – il Gazzettino di Gela

In the lively setting of the Villa Comunale, this morning the city of Gela witnessed an unprecedented spectacle: an entire day dedicated to the celebration of art, music and sport, with the pupils of the IC lower secondary school as protagonists S. Quasimodo.

Under the inspiring guidance of the art, music and physical science teachers, as well as the head teacher, Professor Viviana Morello, the students created an extraordinary experience of creativity, talent and fun. From the first ray of sunshine, the Villa Comunale became the stage of an epic event, where young people had the opportunity to express themselves and test their skills in multiple challenges.

The first classes enchanted the audience with engaging musical performances, mixing modern melodies with the charm of the local dialect.

The second classes, however, engaged in exciting sports competitions, giving rise to exciting challenges that enhanced the team spirit and energy of the young athletes.

But that’s not all: the third classes
they transformed the black cardboard into real works of art, painting the city of Gela with colored chalk.

As the sun reached its peak in the sky, the juries had the arduous task of evaluating the performances and works of the students, recognizing the talent and commitment of each of them. And finally, when it was time for the awards ceremony, the staircase at the main entrance of the Villa Comunale was transformed into a stage of glory, where the winners received the deserved applause and admiration of all.

But the highlight of the day was the moment of collective dancing to the overwhelming music of “Jerusalema”.

Thus ended this extraordinary shared experience, which transformed an ordinary day into an unforgettable chapter in the history of the city of Gela. Thanks to the dedication, talent and passion of the ICS students. Quasimodo, Gela was illuminated with a new light, brilliant and full of hope for the future.
