Founded in 1981, the orchestra won the prestigious Abbiati Award from music critics in 1997 as the best chamber ensemble. He will perform together with Hungarian violinist Kristof Barati, who will be a soloist in the second part of the evening and will perform one of his signature pieces, the Concerto for violin and orchestra no. 5 in A major K 219 “Türkish” by Mozart.

The first part of the evening, which is organized with the contribution of the Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna Foundation, will also be dedicated to the 18th century, with the Symphony from the “Olimpiade” by Domenico Cimarosa composed in 1784, the Concerto Grosso in A major RV 158 by Antonio Vivaldi written in the years 1720 -1724 and the Symphony in D minor op. 12 no. 4 “The devil’s house” by Luigi Boccherini, whose composition dates back to 1771.
