IPO Sanremo is full of entries and entertainment, with 3,828 paying people throughout the seven qualifying rounds and 103 players appearing on day 3, after a second day which did not allow any appeals.
Bubble burst, with Alessandro Orsi in command with 6,625,000 chips, while Luigi Shehadeh moves to the fourth spot in the count and dreams of another triumph, after the victory a few years ago in Campione.

Sanremo IPO: all the numbers
The Italian Poker Open does not disappoint expectations and in Sanremo it is full of entries. 3,828 those who tried it on the seashore and the guaranteed €1,000,000, against a buyin of €550, was literally annihilated. There are 1,763,166 grand in the prize pool and therefore the prize pool has almost doubled.
Seven flights gave rise to the battle in the City of Flowers and 814 showed up at the starting line. At the moment, however, the number of those who won the prize, with the consequent bursting of the bubble, is not known nor the amount that will end up in the pockets of the future champion. We only know the minimum cash of 1,100 euros.

Sanremo IPO: Orsi goes and Shehadeh doesn’t give up
During the night, day 2 of the €550 IPO Sanremo comes to a halt: the main scoreboard reads 103 left and it is almost natural to define it as the charge of 103 towards the third day. From the Dalmatian cartoon, to Orsi as intense as Alessandro. He is the one who puts the highest number of chips inside the envelope with 6,625,000 chips.
A clear escape, that of the chip leader who has almost double the chips of the first of his pursuers. We are talking about Vuksanj Eridon which tries to keep pace at 3,810,000. The lowest step of the virtual podium in the count is colored pink: space for Iryna Tsikhanskaya who stands out with 3,790,000 units.
But many eyes are focused on the fourth slot, the one occupied by Andrea Luigi Shehadeh. Already triumphant in 2017 at IPO Campione, Luigi is looking for that encore which would have a very heavy significance, also in reference to the impressive number of players who took part in the tournament. He accumulates 3,700,000 chips and waits for the ideal moment to strike.
In the top ten the silhouettes of Andrea Maglio and Alessio Albore stand out, respectively capable of bagging 3,530,000 and 3,000,000. Many well-known faces continue the adventure at IPO Sanremo, with the field shrinking and any mistake could be the one that puts an end to dreams of glory in the Festival City.
