We had written.
In the entire neighborhood where I live (via Tofo Sant’ Eleuterio area) there was an excess voltage surge about 15 days ago which caused significant damage to a good part of appliances with electronic cards: boilers, gates, dishwashers, washing machines , video surveillance, alarm, irrigation systems, and so on. Huge damage, in my case around €2000. when we contacted e-distribuzione they told us to proceed with the request for reimbursement of damages, which we all did right away. The point is that if the electrical voltage is present the procedure does not require sending technicians. The fact is that many of us have already repaired the most important things such as the boiler in my case (€800). Yesterday, April 27, it happened again and the distribution company has no other response than to invite us to request reimbursement for the damages. Last night only following a power failure were the technicians forced to go out and repair the fault which was most likely the evolution of the problem of 15 days ago. I believe that there is an anomaly in all of this, I believe that the public should know about this episode but above all I believe that the electricity company must always intervene and verify the problem following reports of anomalies. We now find ourselves needing to spend a lot of money to fix the problems twice as much without any certainty of the reimbursement times or the quantification of the reimbursements. Thank you!
