He left prison 48 hours after his arrest. This is the decision of the judge for preliminary investigations of the court of North Naples, Dr. Arpino, who ordered the release of Domenico Petrellese, a young man from Casori who was arrested because he had several doses of cocaine, marijuana and hashish as well as two mobile phones for trafficking purposes. According to the prosecution, Petrellese was also the perpetrator of the crime of resisting a public official. In fact, the man did not stop when ordered to by the police and made a hasty escape which lasted eleven minutes before his arrest. The judge for preliminary investigations accepted the lawyer’s requests Dario Carmine Procentese and ordered the measure of house arrest, disregarding the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, which, due to Perrrellese’s evident involvement in delinquent circuits and the unscrupulousness demonstrated, had requested his precautionary custody in prison.
