The data was provided by the Postal Police on the occasion of the national day against pedophilia and child pornography which takes place tomorrow, 5 May. The Post Office has prepared a dossier which illustrates the main and most current phenomena, the counteractions, the state of partnerships with the private sector, as well as prevention and awareness initiatives for users.

A total of 28,355 sites were analyzed by Postal specialists, of which almost 2,800 were included in the black list of sites containing representations of the sexual exploitation of minors.
