Como takes on Modena on Sunday 5 May

Seven useful results in a row and a Serie A ever closer. Como is sailing well towards returning to the top hierarchy of Italian football. Fresh from a return to victory against Cittadella which kept them in second place with 71 points behind the now promoted Parma, the Como team will try to repeat their success at Braglia where, on Sunday 5 May at 3pm, Modena awaits them. The Canaries did not combine the victory two rounds ago against Sudtirol with the one in the derby against Reggiana which they lost 1-0. A result that placed them in fourteenth place with 43 points at risk of playout. The Canaries will not be able to count on a top player like the suspended Abiuso. In the first leg, at the Luigi Sinigaglia, Como won with a score of 2-1 thanks to goals from Verdi on a penalty and Gabrielloni to which Zaro replied.
