Como in Serie A with a victory

However, the 43 points of the Emilians are a very good guarantee.
Parma-Cremonese is the big match that can provide emotions
The big match of the day, by history and tradition, would be Parma-Cremonese but it is a challenge that risks being devoid of too many motivations. However, with a success the ducals would toast first place and the victory of the cadet championship while the grey-reds would maintain fourth place from the attacks of Catanzaro who are just three points away. And they could still hope for third place in the event of a negative result for Venezia at home against Feralpi.
The other challenges for the play offs
The match between Sampdoria and Reggiana could be interesting from many points of view. The Blucerchiati are looking for those points to confirm themselves in the play off zone and see Palermo – in free fall – just three points away: catching the Sicilians at 52 points would mean overtaking them thanks to the results in the direct clashes which smile on the Doriani victorious in the first leg and undefeated in the return match which marked Mignani’s debut on the Palermo bench.
Reggiana, who emerged from a bad crisis in Palermo last week, could try a new blow and get closer to the play off zone. Eighth place is two points away. Even in this case the reasons could make the difference.
Brescia defends eighth position and does so at home in the Lombard derby against the now doomed Lecco. On paper the Rondinelle are clearly favoured. But never say never. The guests, although last and already resigned to returning to Serie C after just one season in the lower division, will certainly want to leave a good memory and take away some (ephemeral) satisfaction.
Pisa welcomes Sudtirol to the Arena Garibaldi for the classic match which could open a path towards the play offs for one of the two teams or – with a possible draw – make any dream of glory or ambition disappear (almost) definitively. The Tuscans with 46 points have two points to make up on Brescia, Sudtirol three. For both of them it is undoubtedly the match of truth. Assuming that the objective is to enter eighth in the play offs. Otherwise both would have put a point for a ranking that could have been better but which saw quiet salvation as the most appropriate result for what has been done this season.
