On the occasion of the Aquila Montevarchi – Grosseto football match, valid for the National Serie D Championship, which will take place on Sunday 5 May, at 3 pm at the “Brilli Peri” municipal stadium in Montevarchi, following the meeting of the technical table for the he order and safety of last May 2nd, the Arezzo police headquarters requested the following provisions contained in specific ordinances which will affect the city’s roads and the administration and sale of drinks.

As regards traffic, from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm on May 5th, it is prohibited to:

  • Transit on via Gramsci, in the stretch between via Unità d’Italia and via S. Tani, on via Unità’ d’ Italia, via Martiri della Libertà and on the parking lane behind the stadium;
  • Park in via Unità d’Italia and in the stretch of via Gramsci, in front of the main entrance to the stadium, but also in the parking portion in Piazzale S. Allende reserved for guests.

As regards the administration and sale of drinks, from 12.00 to 19.00 on 5 May, it is forbidden to:

  • Introduction and consumption, and for administration establishments, also administration and sale of alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content greater than 5 degrees within the stadium and around it for a radius of approximately 500 metres;
  • Sale, including on the street, and administration of drinks in glass containers and cans within a radius of 500 meters from the stadium.
