Eni must complete the investments

«Eni and Enel must strengthen their commitment on the island: we need to complete the investments for the extraction of gas in Gela, we need to relaunch the basic chemistry of Versalis between Priolo and Ragusa». We need to provide answers to the problem of the Sicilian drought with the contribution of Enel which manages numerous dams on the island. It is necessary to give guarantees and certain rules to the Sicilian workers of the related companies that operate in the industrial centers of the island, providing them with the necessary guarantees to operate in total safety, eliminating the risk of accidents and achieving the objective of zero deaths at work for which the Uil has been fighting for years.” For the union leader it is essential to increase industrial investments consistent with the specializations of the island and with the sustainable development objectives defined at European and national level.
