The personnel of the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Crotone Police Headquarters have executed the definitive confiscation order, pursuant to the anti-mafia code, issued by the Court of Catanzaro (Prevention Measures section) concerning two distinct real estate units, an apartment and a warehouse, located in Crotone, for a commercial value of approximately 120,000 euros attributable to a 54 year old man from Crotone.
The provision follows the seizure decree issued in June 2020, on the proposal of the Police Commissioner of Crotone, concerning the assets found in the direct or indirect availability of the man, on the basis of the asset assessments carried out and on the recurrence of the personal assumption of social dangerousness, pending the convictions were pronounced against him for the crime of participation in a mafia association, with criminal conduct lasting over six years, from 2004 to 2010, in the provinces of Crotone, Bologna and Reggio Emilia, as well as for the violation of the legislation on substances drugs, and for crimes against property.
