The autopsy to ascertain the causes of death and a kinematic technical consultancy to reconstruct the dynamics of the road accident which took the life of Luisella Pallozzi, a 54-year-old midwife from Narni and employee of the Terni hospital, on Wednesday 1 May in Viterbo, at around 12pm.. They were arranged by the deputy prosecutor Flavio Serracchiani of the Viterbo prosecutor’s office and made known by the company Studio3A-Valore Spa which assists the woman’s family. Two people are registered, as per practice, in the register of suspects, namely the drivers of the cars involved in the serious accident which occurred at the intersection between Strada Ombrone and Strada Teverina: the victim’s sister – a 50-year-old from Terni – at the wheel of a Fiat 500L and a 44-year-old from Viterbo who was driving the Volkswagen Golf, as reconstructed by the Viterbo local police. Six people were injured in total, one of whom – the victim’s 22-year-old daughter – with the prognosis reserved.

The conditions of the wounded
«If the pain for the death of Luisella Pallozzi was not enough, for her loved ones there are hours of apprehension also for the fate of her 22-year-old daughter – continues the company note – she was also transported in the Fiat 500L driven by her aunt and positioned next to her mother on the seats rear. The young woman, who among other injuries also suffered a fractured pelvis, was transferred by air ambulance on Thursday from the ‘Belcolle’ hospital in Viterbo, where all the injured had been taken, including the midwife who, however, died shortly after, on ‘Gemini’ of Rome to undergo a delicate surgery: the doctors have not yet resolved the prognosis. Her boyfriend, who was sitting next to her, also suffered serious injuries, including the fracture of two vertebrae, but fortunately his life is not in danger, just as her sister and her 17-year-old son miraculously escaped with minor injuries. victim who sat in the front seats and the driver of the other car, a Volskwagen Golf, and her two children who were on board”.
A day of celebration ended in tragedy
«Luisella Pallozzi, who in addition to her two children and her sister also leaves behind her partner and mother, was going with her relatives to lunch in Bagnoregio, all together on the occasion of the public holiday of May 1st: a celebration which unfortunately is over in tragedy.
