PALERMO – Here is the list presented by Fratelli d’Italia for Sicily and Sardinia on the occasion of the 2024 European elections. The top of the list is Giorgia Meloni (in the photo), while the other names are: Salvatore Deidda, Elvira Amata, Massimiliano Giammusso, Giuseppe Milazzo, Ruggero Razza, Giusi Savarino, Alessia Scorpo.
As for the list of Brothers of Italy in Sicily, the game is over for all the lists of the 2024 European elections, official and definitive from Wednesday 1 May. The chancellery of the Court of Appeal of Palermo has accepted the names of the aspiring European deputies who will participate in the electoral race in the ‘Islands’ constituency, which brings together Sicily and Sardinia and constitutes one of the 5 macro areas into which Italy is divided.

European elections 2024, when to vote and the counting
The call to the polls for the European elections is set for Saturday 8 Junefrom 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm, e Sunday 9 June from 7:00 to 23:00. As for voting activities, counting operations will take place on Sunday evening immediately after the polls close.
How to vote in the European elections
After indicating the list you prefer with a mark on the corresponding symbol, you can express up to 3 preferential votes within the same list already marked.
If there are more than one preferences, it is important to respect the rule linked to gender of the candidates: in order not to invalidate the second and possible third vote, the voter must be careful to necessarily indicate multiple candidates of different genders.
For example, if the first name chosen is that of a woman, the second name must necessarily be that of a man. Based on the seats allocated to each list, the candidates who obtain the highest number of votes are elected.
