It’s still a hunt for the uncivilized, people who continue to dirty the city. But the municipal police checks against the abandonment of urban waste do not stop. Through the use and monitoring of municipally owned surveillance cameras, three people were identified and sanctioned. In three different areas of the city (via Falcone, via Parnaso and via Masucci) three citizens were discovered who had abandoned waste different from the calendar day and far from their residential number.
«The objective – says Mayor Lucio Greco – remains to intensify and tighten controls so that there are fewer and fewer people who do not respect the rules and continue to dirty the city».
After identification they will be sanctioned as required by the urban police regulation. Control activities in the area will continue. The cameras are located in different points of the city with the aim of increasingly reducing the number of abandonments and micro landfills.
