Throughout the season, Città di Savona has always had due respect for the federal bodies and for the other clubs, never entering into controversies and being able to boast of not having had any problems even in the hottest post-match moments. We respected everyone and we were respected but in this last week situations have emerged that have raised more than one question in us, especially for this very important Play-off final. On Sunday in Celle Ligure for the match against Vadese there were around 600 spectators and for Saturday we were guaranteed only 50 entries for our supporters, we tried to understand if there was the possibility of a pitch with more capacity but we had only negative responses in this regard, having to play in a facility at the limit of regularity both from a sporting point of view but above all from a safety point of view which we hope will be guaranteed, otherwise those in charge will have to take their responsibilities. After the many controversies on the refereeing directions of the Genoese teams towards the Savona teams, today a Genoa Match Director is designated, certain of the good faith of the Referee who we have no doubts will have an absolutely impartial attitude, this choice leaves us very perplexed absolutely questionable. This time we have chosen not to remain silent because the stakes are very important from a sporting point of view for us who, despite being a newborn club, ask and deserve fair treatment, for us but above all for the hundreds of people who follow us every Sunday. Having said that, the team has demonstrated throughout the championship that it can compete with anyone and on any pitch, we are not scared by adverse difficulties, on the contrary they allow us to arrive at the match even more energized and eager to reach our goal.
