The Serie D season is approaching its end and is now ready to enter the heart of the Scudetto pool. The top nine teams classified in their respective groups will be divided into three triangular groups. The Trapani will be placed in the group with Cavese And Altamura. These teams will compete in a single match. The team that will rest on the first day of the triangular tournament will be determined by draw, as will the team that will play the first away match. On the second day, however, the winning team of the first match will rest or, in case of a draw, the one that played away in the first match. The winning teams of their respective triangular tournaments will advance to the next phase, together with the second best ranked among those excluded.
The semi-finals will take place with home and away matches; the team that plays the first home match will be decided by draw. The final, if played in a single match, will take place on neutral ground. In the event of a draw at the end of regular time, penalties will be taken. If the final will be played with home and away matches, the team playing the first home match will be decided by draw.

- May 26th/June 2nd: home and away semi-finals
- June 9th: single race final
- 8/12 June: final round trip
