Tomorrow evening, Friday 3 May, at 8.30 pm, at the Sms Fornaci “Giardini Serenella”, the Pd Savona Municipal Union has organized a public debate on the regasification terminal that the Toti Council wants to place 2 km from the coast.
Speakers will include the mayor of Savona Marco Russo, the regional councilor Roberto Arboscello, the national environmental manager of the Democratic Party Annalisa Corrado, the provincial secretary of the Young Democrats Savona Andrea Ferrari and the outgoing MEP and candidate in the next elections Brando Benifei.
The event will be introduced by Simone Anselmo, secretary of the Municipal Union of Savona, with the moderation of the provincial secretary Parrinello.
“It will be an opportunity to take stock of the fight to stop this disastrous project – Anselmo himself states – The Democratic Party is engaged at all levels in the battle to stop what would be a catastrophe for our City and more generally for a good part of our Province”.
