May month of photography at the showroom of Armando Cerzosimo in Salerno. Continuing in the wake of the study and valorization of photographic art, two exhibitions have been set up with the aim of creating an opportunity for sharing and important cultural exchange between artists and the public. The first, «Looking for another Egypt», as part of the «Dialogues on photography» opens on May 3rd and features the protagonist Matteo Elio Fedele who defines himself as “a lawyer by profession, a globetrotting photographer out of love and a dedicated bonsaist”. «”Looking for another Egypt” – revealed the author – represents a new vision of life by deciding to leave the safe harbor and facing… the journey». The photos remain on display in the showroom in via G. da Procida until May 10th.
Watch out for minor sports, however, starting from Friday 24 May, with Edward Colace and his «Free bodies»who will see their vernissage at 7 pm, again at the Cerzosimo studio, with a speech by the art critic Cristina Tafuri. «In the snapshots present at the exhibition – explained Colace – the images that archive experiences are imprinted, in a universal collective memory, accessible to all those who still believe that in the aesthetics of the movement there is the hope of change».
