Umbria that Breaks 2024: The Perugia Festival Unveils a Stellar Lineup

Perugia is preparing to host the eleventh edition of the “L’Umbria che Spacca” festival, which will be held from 3 to 7 July 2024 at the Giardini del Frontone. This year, the festival promises an exceptional program with artists of national caliber and activities that go beyond just music, cementing its place as one of the most significant summer events in Italy.

This year’s lineup includes some of the most resonant names on the Italian music scene. It will open with Colapesce Dimartino on July 3rd, followed by Fulminacci on July 4th and Mahmood, who will begin his Summer Tour 2024 from Perugia on July 5th. Salmo and Noyz Narcos will take the stage on July 6th, while the festival will end on July 7th with the pop punk evening Rebel Sunday, with free entry, featuring La Sad and the rock energy of Bambole di Pezza and Vanilla (ex Vanilla Sky ).

The event, organized by Roghers Staff APS, has established itself as a cultural landmark that not only features major national artists but also local talent, creating a platform that celebrates the diversity of cultural and musical experiences. Furthermore, the festival has relaunched the COOP Music Contest, a competition dedicated to Umbrian musicians which offers them the chance to perform on stage alongside big names in the music scene. The 2024 edition stands out not only for its impressive series of performances, but also for its social initiatives and support for emerging talents. The festival enjoys the patronage and support of numerous institutions including the Umbria Region, the Municipality of Perugia, the Perugia Foundation, and the collaboration with the National Gallery of Umbria.
