Two Cattolica Agent Groups join the Generali Italia data agreement

Generali Italy and two Cattolica Agent Groups – Gruppo Aziendale Agenti Cattolica and Associazione Assocap Agenti – have signed the agreement regarding the processing of customers’ personal data already signed by the Agent Groups of Generali Italia, in line with the strategy of Generali Country Italia.

The signature provides that the company and the participating agents, pursuant to the privacy code, will process the personal data of customers managed by the agent itself as joint controllers.

The signing of the agreement took place last Tuesday, at the Generali Italia headquarters in Mogliano Veneto, in the presence of Giancarlo FancelCountry Manager and CEO Generali Italy; Massimo MonacelliGeneral Manager Generali Italy; Samuele MarconciniChief Cattolica Business Unit Officer Generali Italy; Cristina RustignoliCountry General Counsel Generali Italy; Marco LamolaCattolica Distribution Manager; Donato LucchettaPresident of the Cattolica Agents Corporate Group; Ivan CremoniniPresident of the Assocap Agents Association.

“The continuous and constructive discussion with our Network, a pillar of our business, led to today’s important signature with the Cattolica Agent Groups, confirming the success of the integration process. With this agreement we intend to strengthen the role of our agents in the current and future distribution landscape, with the aim of continuing to offer an excellent service to our customers” stated Giancarlo Fancel.
