Vicenza, European elections: home voting, off-site students, scrutineers

European elections in Vicenza, you can request a home vote by May 20th

The deadlines for “off-site” students to vote and to apply as scrutineers expire on May 5th

By May 20th it is possible to request a home vote, i.e. the possibility of voting in your own home.
Home voting is foreseen not only for voters who depend on electro-medical equipment that prevent them from leaving their home, but also for voters who are suffering from very serious infirmities and who for health reasons cannot be transported even with the free organized service by the Municipality for voters with disabilities.

To take advantage of home voting, it is necessary to send to the Municipality on whose electoral lists you are registered, a declaration, accompanied by specific health documentation, certifying your desire to express your right to vote in the home where you live.
