It’s active on “Online administrative desk” of Ulss 2 of the Treviso areawhich offers the opportunity to complete procedures and request services via the internet, without having to physically go to the district administrative offices.
With this initiative, Ulss 2 pursues the path towards digital transformation of the public sector Administrations, in order to simplify and facilitate access to services by citizens.
The procedures include the choice of a general practitioner or pediatrician of free choice, updating of data in the event of a change of residence, request for exemption due to pathology and income, registration of a new born in the National Health Service.
The offer of online administrative services will soon be expanded. However, services will also continue to be provided from the district administrative offices.
«The new online administrative desk – comments the dg Francesco Benazzi – it is a direct access point to territorial administrative services for citizens through which we want to simplify procedures as much as possible, allowing to manage everything comfortably from home or on the move. Another step towards the citizen to bring healthcare ever closer to the territory.”
