Anci Umbria and the Umbria Region: seven meetings in the area to present the “Help-Desk” project

The service is activated by the Region to support local authorities to facilitate – through a pool of experts in legal, construction and environmental matters – the management of complex administrative procedures functional to the implementation of Pnrr interventions

(UNWEB) Terni Seven meetingsorganized on the territories of the 12 social zones, promoted by Anci Umbria and the Umbria Region for the construction of a governance system and the implementation of interventions to support Municipalities in the design and implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr), structural funds and European investments.

The appointments were aimed at mayors, administrators, municipal secretaries and managers of the technical offices and were aimed at illustrating the new “Help-Desk” service activated by the Region to support local authorities to facilitate – through a pool of experts in legal, construction and environmental matters – the management of complex administrative procedures functional to the implementation of Pnrr interventions. On this occasion, the main innovations introduced by the Legislative Decree of 2 March 2024, n. were illustrated. 19, containing “Further urgent provisions for the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan”.

The experts involved in the “Help-Desk” project will take care of itin particular, to offer assistance for the removal of the backlog, the reduction of procedural timescales and the elimination of the so-called “bottlenecks”, through support for the 18 complex administrative procedures, in which the various administrations intervene to issue documents of consent or qualifications necessary for the construction of works, systems and infrastructures strictly connected and functional to the realization of the Pnrr investments.

The meetings, which were organized by Anci Umbria and the Umbria Region in implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed in January 2022were held in recent days in Perugia (for the municipalities of social zones 2, 3 and 5), Norcia (6), Orvieto (12), Marsciano (4), Foligno (8 and 9), Città di Castello (1 and 7) and Terni (10 and 11).
