It would be misunderstandings related to the management of some family land, the triggering cause induced a 60-year-old to seriously threaten his 48-year-old brother by sending messages and audio on the WhatsApp messaging application. Following the threats received, the victim presented himself at the Carabinieri station in Campagnola Emilia to report the serious criminal conduct, handing the threatening messages received from his brother to the military.
On charges of threats the carabinieri of the Campagnola Emilia station reported to the Reggio Emilia Prosecutor’s Office, directed by the Prosecutor Calogero Gaetano Paci, a 60-year-old man resident in a municipality in the lower Reggio Emilia area. The investigations relating to the proceeding, in the preliminary investigation phase, will continue for the usual investigative investigations for the purpose of evaluations and determinations inherent to the exercise of criminal action.
