Job supply and demand intersect, companies looking for qualified personnel meet adequately trained candidates. This is the scenario offered by the Job Day organized in Trani by the ITS Academy Foundation, which with its highly specialized courses applies the dual learning model allowing participants to study and work. With summer now upon us, we are thus meeting the growing demand for personnel in the Apulian tourism sector.
Through round tables, in-depth moments and individual interviews between companies and candidates, the Job Day is aimed at companies in the tourism-accommodation sector, entertainment agencies, but also at young people looking for employment, with or without work experience.
Between the months of April and June, Puglia will register 90 thousand new jobs, of which 70 thousand in the services sector, say Confalpi. Underlining the need for adequate training for young people who want to find employment in the tourism sector.
