The stay of the extraordinary commissioner until 31 July 2024 has been decreed

CATANZARO The president of the Calabria Region, with decree n. 26 of 2024, decreed the permanence of the Extraordinary Commissioner of the Calabria Film Commission Foundation, Anton Giulio Grande, n.in the exercise of their functions until 31 July 2024, or until the appointment of the new President. A renewal of the office also depended on the imminent electoral competition for the renewal of the European Parliament, we read, considering it “advisable not to make appointments or designations which are not strictly necessary”, also highlighting the need to “provide for the permanence of the extraordinary commissioner in the “exercise of its functions” in order to ensure the governance of the Foundation, “taking into account the need to guarantee the management of the activity and the development of the planned initiatives, as well as the planning of future actions”.
