“2023 represents a very positive year for LA BCC which closes with an operating result that exceeds 57 million of euros – declares the General Director Gianluca Ceroni – confirming the income capacity of our Bank, destined for a further strengthening of the regulatory capital which reaches 533 million euros and has always represented the main element to protect members and customers”.

With the following words the President of the BCC, Giuseppe Gambi comments on the results of the year 2022: “I want to thank the over 37,400 members for the trust reserved for our credit cooperative. The excellent result of 2023 allows us to increase for 2024 charitable donations which represent our “dividend” to the territory, and to consolidate the benefits offered to Members in particular to promote adequate levels of insurance and social security coverage.

Furthermore, a valorisation of the share capital held equal to 8% was approved, partly as a dividend (2.6%) and partly through a revaluation (5.4%)”.

To confirm the positive trend, the Bank was awarded by Milano Finanza: the MF Banking Awards ranking decreed that the BCC of Ravenna, Forlì and Imola is the first regional bank in Italy.
