MELARA (Rovigo) – Green light for the final budget. In the session on Monday 29 April the city council gave the green light to the document which was then approved by the chamber: the surplus amounts to over one million euros, “an excellent result which once again certifies good management and concludes the mandate with a new positive response”, the comment of the mayor Anna Marchesini, candidate for mayor in the local elections on 8 and 9 June.
Another element certainly worth noting is the “zero” item under the mortgage take-out and access to credit column, as also highlighted by Marchesini herself who then took the opportunity to thank all the councillors: “Your support was important, decisive, in this journey which is now nearing its conclusion, we have faced many challenges and we have done it together always keeping in mind the good of the Melarese community. I am proud of the work and the results that we have managed to bring home – concludes the mayor -, even in a very delicate phase, as we know, and in a moment that is anything but easy for public administrations”.
